Each of our products are carefully handcrafted and while we try to deliver exactly as in the picture, there might be a very slight difference as they are handmade entiely.

In case you receive a Damaged or Incorrect item, here is what you need to do:

Update us within 24 hours via Call given on Contact Us page.

Your item will only been Exchanged, if you have proper UNBOXING VIDEO.

Once your order has been shipped. we will send an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. You can track your orders from the “Track Your Order” section on our website.

Most Orders ship within 2-3 business days of the placing order. While this is not guaranteed, in rare cases an order might ship beyond 3 days from the placing order.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently unavailable. We offer secure and convenient payment options, including credit/debit cards, net banking, and online wallets, to ensure a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience.

If the package/items are damaged during transit, submit an exchange request immediately within 24 hours of receiving the package.Important: To be eligible for a replacement, you must share a proper UNCUT unboxing video of the package within 24 hours of delivery. This video is mandatory for any damage or replacement claim.

We ship our product in following shipping providers: DTDC, Bluedart, Delhivery and some local shipping partners.

lt usually gets delivered in 5-6 working days from the date that they ship (depending on origin and destination). If there is a delay, you will be notified by email / phone.
